Enclave T-51B Power Armor

I was just thinking that there aren't nearly enough Enclave Power Armor suits in New Vegas and I thought of a simple one I think most folks will enjoy-Enclave T-51B ,I don't personally do so well at any types of mods but I figured someone might be able to to this easily enough simple take T-51B power armor and helmet and recolor it black or grey and add an Enclave logo to the upper left hand corner of the chest (possibly add an orange glow to the eyes) aside from that leave the stats the same and put it in a Enclave Crate at the Remnants Bunker,could anyone do this?
