House for Faelwen?

Hello hello, thanks for checking out the topic (;

 

I've started becoming totally obsessed with animals in Oblivion, I can't really help it. And it bugs me to death that I can't find a house anywhere with enough room for all my current animals [gotten from mods, lol], and that doesn't have any new ones! Right now I would really really really like a sheep farm, but with lots and lots of other fenced areas to put my animals ;D

 

So, this is where you guys come in. Would one of you like to make me a house? I know this could be a big project, but I would really appreciate it if one of you could take the time to help me (: Of course you could also release the mod for everyone to use, I would have no problem whatsoever. What I'm really looking for is a humongous farm, with fences around it, servants, lots of animals [ie. a sheep corral, all different colored horses, also a few empty corrals where I can stick my current pets (: also dogs that wander around the place [but don't leave], cats etc.], a garden, a vineyard and of course a large house and a servant's house. It would also be very appeling to me if there were npcs that lived at the farm , such as servants, a cook, a trainer, a merchant and a blacksmith? :D

 

Yeah, yeah, I know it's a lot to ask, but it would ne really awesome if someone could help out poor poor Faelwen who just wants a nice big estate with animals (;
