Looking to do a 'Horror' mod- help me in steps (please)

Hey, first post. I just started playing around with GECK last night, and am only at the point of tweaking weapon and armor values still (I am a really fast learner though, and have 3d modelling exp.)

I decided yesterday that I would devote time and effort into creating a new (hopefully big) area that is full-on horror; with most of the NPCs/enemies being vampires (easily done ~I hope~ as all I'd really have to do is change their skin color and eyes), this would be the first step along with just building a huge open area and putting some large, simple buildings in it..

So the first help I need is- is there an easy way in GECK for me to just go in and alter the skin and eye color (skin to pale white, eyes to red) of a bunch of duplicated NPC/enemies? I want to build this entire thing in little steps- so the first thing I want to do is alter the look of the regular human characters.

Then I want to duplicate/alter deathclaw models to be more like hybrid vampire/werewolves, alter ghouls and feral ghouls a bit, make coyotes light gray and into red-eyed wolves, tweak super mutants a bit, etc.

Any help you guys can give is highly appreciated,

Thx for reading

In the object window theres the Actors tree, then theres a branch called NPC. Thats where you look at existing NPC's and create your own. To create your own, make sure youre on the NPC tab and then right click, new. In the NPC that pops up, you can control everything including a face editor thats exactly like the in-game one.

Modding is really hard and confusing at first, but, after a month or so of experience, it is as easy and fun as playing the game itself.

That's awesome, thanks. I've already been using it and just making simple changes to my companions in the Dead Money add on.

I did a sketch of a werewolf (based on a render of a deathclaw I found on google images)- which is going to be a tweaked/re-worked deathclaw:
