Does Working Out Make Some People Unhappy?

Working out makes me depressed because of my decreased fitness since moving away from home. After moving out, I couldn't afford to continue practicing Tae Kwon Do, as a result I stopped. Time goes bye pretty quickly when you're not looking, and physical fitness is fleeting. As a child, I was the fat kid, and gym was an added opportunity for me to stand out in class, (in a bad way,) so I would say it's absolutely possible for working out to make some people feel unhappy.

On the other hand, when I was fit, a good workout felt great. So I suppose you could say that working out feels good for people who are fit, and for those who are not, it can have the opposite effect. This is just from personal experience, but I'd doubt that it's atypical.

Is this spam?

Draconix, it sounds like you're unhappy with a lack of working out, which is not the question.

I don't think there's anything to debate here.

Doctors and scientists agree physical fitness promotes better health.
