loot failed to spawn loot.exe failed to start process access (denied error 5) mod organizer

i have a i7 cpu, [email protected] GHZ 2.80HZ, 64 bit OS with 12GB ram,and graphics card R9-200 series with 4 GB. i had loot 8.1 and up graded to the new 9.0.0 installed it into my skyrim folder it runs from the skyrim folder but not from the mod organizer the old worked fine until the up grade. The upgrade reset mod organizer back 10 days and lost the profiles i had in back up in mod organizer now i have to reload all of the mods i lost in the rest! what is going on help please? :mellow: :sick: :sad: btw the new 9.0.0 is a 32 bit system does this have anything to do with it ?
