Problem Installing Oblivion

If it can't find d3d.dll, then that means directx isn't installed properly, as that is a crucial part of it. go to start -> run and type dxdiag, to make sure it's all properly installed. If it's not, install it again (it should be on the Oblivion disk).

If it all seems fine, and it still doesn't work, as a last resort you could try getting it from this page (scroll down to find it), and copying it to C:/Windows/System32. I can't guarantee this'll work though.
