NotErich
Simply put, is it possible? I'd assume it is, but on bethesda's wiki I haven't seen documentation about it, let alone a page on world spaces. I know that isn't very expansive, but it's the only resource I know of. Much thanks to any help.
MisterChief
Sure is possible! In the GECK after you load your main file simply go to the upper menu bar and chose"world",then "world space".Here you can add your worldspace by right-clicking in the existent world spaces list,or customize the setting of pre-existing worldspaces like water height, water noise texture(the waves you see on the water surface)or the world map.If you create a new world space it will look like a blank plain, but you can edit the terrain mesh with the heightmap editor, but you have to create the LOD(level of detail)to see over a in-game unit of terrain...landscape creation is funny but can be very frustrating if you can't handle the bugs in the geck.If you search on google"geck"and then visit its main page you can find a bunch of detailed information about worldspace creation...
