They are a lot of "nude" mods out there...But there are a lot of other mods as well.

 

For instance I can't play Oblivion without "Exnem Body Replacer" but I also can't play Oblivion without OOO...

 

The good thing with Oblivion is that there are Mods for everybody's liking...

 

Diversity is a blessing and the Oblivion community has sure demonstrated it's diversity...personally I like this community if only for it's diversity... :wink:

Why the feminist attitude? You're just stepping on people's toes, trying to tell them they shouldn't run any female mods that are revealing.

 

You don't run them, and that's fine. That's your game. You don't have the right to force your gaming style on others.

 

It shouldn't even bother you that those kind of mods are created. It doesn't demean you personally, and it doesn't demean ladies in general. It's a game, get it? Gods, there are male nude mods also. I don't care for them, but I don't think less of anyone that has it installed.

 

For example, a person has a gaming glitch. They post their mod list. You see a revealing mod (male or female). So what? If you ran an Oblivion with an Amazon Queen character & all men were slaves, I would not think less of you. I would simply say, "Enjoy your game", and answer your problem if I could.

 

Real people are not depicted here. No one's reputation is getting trashed. You're not depicted in the game, none of your friends are depicted. You're getting worked up over animated characters walking around. Sheesh! What a waste of time & effort.

 

Why don't you instead hop over to a GTA IV forum and attack the violence there?

The main purpose of running a RPG is enjoyment of your individual game. Oblivion is a single-player game, not an online one. Each person crafts their own Oblivion (vanilla, DLCs, mods or no).

 

Oblivion doesn't drive my life, I simply enjoy running it (as I would any other game). It has zero effect on the high regard I have for women.

 

You're going down the wrong path. You're making a 100% false assumption that every male that installs a revealing mod thinks women are second-class citizens, should stay at home, blah-blah-blah, ad nauseum.

 

You cannot be more mistaken. Run your game (which is what Oblivion was developed for, being open-ended), and allow others the same courtesy of running their game.

 

What is on another person's monitor while running Oblivion does not affect your life one iota, and it has zero effect on anyone else's life. If it is affecting someone's life, then they need psychiatric help.

Being female, I can understand why it is annoying to be looking for a cool mod and finding a S#!tload of nude mods.

But, for the most part, I ignore them, and they dont bother me so i'm good.

I would rather wish that people would stop making so many and just make One Big Mod, but thats never going to happen.

For now, ill keep browsing amongst the piles of junk and gold that there is to offer.

Besides, they can't all be that bad.

Being Male, I have to say its also quite annoying when you have to look at something i would like to call "naked Plastic". Time after time. Granted, there are some Images which are quite attractive. Sadly, these are few and far between. There are many Images with young Girls with this "Half Anime" Style which can be attractive when its done well. It isnt, in most Cases.

Beauty is this: You look at a Person and find yourself attracted to things that you would otherwise consider as a Flaw.

 

The Girls on most of the Images are quite surreal. This Girls cant get Goosebumps when they're cold, they cant get cold, period. They have Faces which are bare of any Expression.

Its emotionless, its cold. And painfully obvious.

If a Picture is able to create the Illusion that the Character on it feels an Emotion, any Feeling at all, its way more attractive.

Imagine this Scenario: A Woman wants to have Sex with a Man. She dresses up skimpy to seduce him. When he (the Man she wants to have Sex with) enters the Scene, she would feel "sexual Anticipation". Some of the Clothes just look Painful. "want your Girlfriend to have four Breasts? Just let her wear this Bathing Suit, it will cut her Breasts in half so now she has four!"

 

 

Pictures with Women fighting some of the most disgusting Enemies Oblivion has to offer while wearing next to nothing are disturbing.

 

The following should be obvious, it appearantly is not.

Women can be disgusted by Things. Some Women dont like Spiders. Imagine how they would feel when seeing a Spider daedra.

Women! Please stop draining all my Body Heat when trying to warm your Feet on my Legs! The Male Body can be cooled down to 23° Celsius for at least an hour before Damage occurs.

I've seen all the sexy mods, and they're beautiful, but I don't want to dress my character like that, and I don't really like the lack of availability of just great clothing mods. I wish there was more selection for nice clothes.

 

Some of the most popular sexy mod models (Exnem) are pretty round, with tummies, butts, and boobs, which actually made me feel good, because I have a similar build but I wouldn't dress like that! But my ideal is thin, with smaller boobs, (Eshme) and so that's what my character looks like. It's a matter of personal taste after all.

No offense taken by me, I actually agree. Curious though, which clothing mods do you know of, I only have three that are worth anything, and it's still pretty slim pickins.

 

I have Eshme to V3, some nice clothes there, I bought everything worth having and several that weren't.

 

All Capes gloves etc buyable. I got some great capes and cloaks for enchanting, and what's really good about those is that they go on over all your other stuff. I avoid most armor because it drains my sorcery, it's my character's weakness.

 

I got UFF Boots, they work on Eshme's body, and there are two pairs of boots with chunky heels rather than spikes which I despise.

 

I enchanted a pair of vanilla flats that came with the game that are somewhat cute.

 

Somewhere I got some gladiator sandals, but I don't remember where. They were batched in with some over the top half-nude-wear. I actually will wear some of those IF I first enchant it to chameleon, 100%.

 

I just got the Apache store because I want those over-the-knee thigh highs.

 

Some of Eshme's clothes are really cutesy, and have problems with clipping even on Eshme's body. (The hair is the trouble). My character isn't really into pink bows and crap like that, she's more into leather pants and black, brown, or green solids.

I use that body style only,and there are new styles out with smaller cup sizes also.I know all guys don't like huge breasts. Exnem has a lot of good stuff, getting a lot of support. I will probably want to experiment with that with my next character. I recently heard that some exnem stuff will work with Eshme, if it covers the whole body.

a lot of eshme's clothing has been converted to exnems.And yes some exnem items do work on eshme's as well.If you want more info and maybe have some questions answered about the new body styles etc,try here:
