Need help finding a way to edit the Crosshair dds file

Hey i'm new to modding oblivion. And this will be my first mod.

 

So... what i want to do is change the default crosshair (and hopefully the all the rest of the icons displayed in the center of the screen (Including the sneak icon both opaque and transparent... if they even are 2 images))

 

 

i'm not really sure if that's even possible... but, like i said, this will be my first mod and i am TOTALLY unfamiliar with the construction set and how to mod oblivion.
