Looking for a combat mod

Hi, I'm looking for a mod that's along the lines with if I shoot someone in the head with a 9mm, regardless of my guns skill they will die. I have tried realistic battle and combat dynamics, honestly I can't tell if it even works. If anyone can help me it would be much appreciated.

Basically you can if it works because it changes your armor's protection value. But it created problems on my computer...

The balance module of Project Nevada has an option to remove the level multiplier for hitpoints, which makes weapons more lethal. Also, it can remove the damage threshold for headshots if the target doesn't wear a helmet.
