pizzaboy
Having looked through quite a few mods on the TESNexus site, I've noticed a lot of mods making arrow speeds quicker, even the Wyre Bash allows arrow speeds to be set to a fixed rate, but how realistic is that really? Surely, the speed of which the arrow travels is a combination of what kind of bow/arrows are being used and the skill of the user in archery? So the the better the archer, the faster he is able to rapidly fire arrows? Is this not possible even with the abilities of the script extender? Obviously, a bonus would be that this feature would also applied to NPCs. Thanks.
LoginToDownload
Unfortunately, the speed of arrows is a universal setting. In theory one could alter it depending on attributes and bow/arrow type, but the player's stats/equipment would apply to every NPC who uses a bow as well. Sypron
Arrow speed isn't universal. You can change it from arrow to arrow. I assume that when you change teh speed of an arrow it affects flight speed, but changing the speed of a bow affects reload speed. Your skill (marksman) cannot govern shooting speed without OBSE.
