Resetting Skills with an Uncapper

I use Elys Comunity Uncapper, which lets skills continue to increase past 100, and i was wondering something. If you want to level up faster, would it be more effective to reset level 100 skills back to 15 and relearn them or keep levelling skills above 100?

Probably depends on the skill when it comes to easy of leveling up if you choose to reset. Take Illusion - if you reset to 15 from 100 you were a high level Illusion user and would presumably have purchased or found Expert/Master level spells. Even without perks, you would probably be able to cast the spells once or twice with your current magicka pool. Go to the market in Whiterun in the middle of the day when it is full of NPCs and cast the master Calm spell and you'll very quickly level up your Illusion skill again. Other skills could be harder or more annoying to re-level if you reset such as the crafting skills, lots of tedium there if you reset.

 

That said, the reset mechanic doesn't make much sense to me if you can use the Uncapper. Just increase your skills past 100 and you'll level up fast enough as gaining a skill point in a high level skill is worth more level XP than a low level skill is.
