20-40% of game's textures don't render properly

FYI, ENBoost is not outdated. In fact, it's most likely more up to date than anything Nvidia or AMD have released since the most recent version dropped yesterday and works perfectly fine. It's 0.307

Also, ENBoost is a part of ENB, so don't bother searching for a ENBoost 0.307.

I think I may have been on the wrong mod page then. When I went searching here on the Nexus for it as a solution to my problem I found this, (which does appear to have not been updated since November as I stated, and which does have comments indicating it is causing trouble since the 1.5 update) and this is the Enboost I was talking about earlier.

If this isn't the ENBoost, then my apologies for the confusion.

That is ENBoost but that's the outdated version. Boris hosts the recent ones on his own website, linked on the description page under Requirements. All you need to do is to go there, News, Download, Fallout 4 and get 0.307

If you run GeForce again, does it give you any alerts? like an outdated driver or anything? There should be a green check next to Fallout 4 on the list

Alright, my Game Ready Driver needed updating. My current version is 358.91 and the newest one is 368.22

Dammit, it didn't help at all. I even tried lowering the texture quality, and still, nothing.

Is the game still optimized according to Geforce? Also what happens if you disable all the mods you use? just for a test, I'm curious how your game runs with NO mods, no texture replacers, nothing. Just vanilla.

I'm not sure if you've tried verifying the game cache through steam, or doing a full reinstall, but that is the next step here

According to Geforce, my PC actually can't be optimized for Fallout 4, but like I said, it's running decently fine with the settings I'm currently using.
