Amazing Mod Idea

Hi guys, i am a massive oblivion fan and i love adding oblivion mods from the tesnexus site, mainly large houses or mansions or castles.

 

I have a dream mod,

 

I would love a mod to have a huge outer wall like the main citys have, on the inside i would like there to be houses, and in the middle of the city a large mansion/villa, i would love it if the large mansion/villa had the capability of the player being able to own it (with the town and everything in it), obviously to own it all there should be a big quest, and many optional side quests when you own it all. I would also love it if the whole city had upper class citizens and if the whole thing was for the more richer people. I would also love it if you could get the guards to follow you and fight by your side(and if they die they respawn at the city). It would also be brilliant if the mansion/villa had a dog in it (which the player owns).

 

I would love the mansion/villa to have:

 

-Kitchen (nice kitchen with much storage)

-Dinning Room

-Servants Quarters

-Guest Quarters

-Barracks

-Many bedrooms

-Master bedrooms

-Its own arena

-Visitors touring the mansion/villa

- Display room

- Wine sellar

And many other posh upper class rooms.

 

 

 

This is my dream mod, i dont meen to sound like a snob or like im bossy because im not lol, its just my dream mod and i just thought i would share it with you. I would love this so much, if some people would be intrested in trying to re-create my ideas please do as i have no modding experience what so ever and would not even know where to begin. Please if someone would be intrested in re-creating this keep in touch with me as i would assist in an way that i could in ways such as the mansion/villa layout + town layout and the quest layout, but i could only plan them as i dont know how to use the mod lol. Sorry if i sound really bossy i dont meen to sound bossy lol. Also if anyone know of a mod simalar to to one i have described i would appreciate it if you could PM me.

Sounds like a step up from Morrowind's Strongholds. I miss those bad boys.

 

i would be interested in seeing the stronghold with many related quests and stuff.

 

The living society which (almost) in effect makes you the ruler of a new town might be a bit ambitious, but still, i likes.

Perhaps this will suit your desires. Not exactly the same as what you want, but it does have guards (like citizens), a vinter (+ wine cellar) and a display hall. Curiously, its not out just yet even though its monday.
