Winfrexin
Hello, I've been playing NV for a few days now and I've modded it pretty heavily and I think either some of the mods I'm using are not working together right. I can fix it with out using NVSE and FNV4gb but then I can't use project Nevada (I kind of like that one). If someone could help me I'd be really thank full. here's the mod and the order I have them in, w/o nvse, fnv4bg, and the fallout fake full screen FalloutNV.esm Note: Masterlist Revision: 3255 (Sep 10, 2011) DeadMoney.esm Bash Tag suggestion(s): {{BASH: Deflst}} HonestHearts.esm OldWorldBlues.esm ClassicPack.esm Companion Core.esm Requires: New Vegas Script Extender Note: Loaded early in the event Companion .esm mods require this. GrindedStone
Just install NVSE. Having it won't get you into as much trouble as not having it will.
Winfrexin
I do have it installed, but when I run the game w/o it, it doesn't crash but when I run it like I have been. It crashes telling me that fnv4gb had some kind of error, I've tried a few different things like turn most of the mods off. I think PN might be the cause? but I'm not 100% sure. GrindedStone
When you download a mod, you should save it to a folder on your harddrive you created to download mods too. Break this down into folders an sub-folders however way helps you remember how to navigate it. Multiple download mods, store in seperate sub-folders inside the main folder, for example Momod. You download the main Momod file to a folder named Momod, then in that folder you create another folder named update which is where you download an save the second part update file, then later you know this is a multipart download. You can also leave notes this way, for example name a folder Stupid or IDK, meaning you don't really know if you wana use it. When you install something move that folder over into another folder named installed, this way you have a record of what you installed. You also don't have to download it again, an you have a read me if you need. Then if it's totally stupid, to un-install that mod, all you need to do is to open the rar an compare what is in the rar to what is in your data folder, then delete that, rather than installing the whole game again.
