It might help if you tell us your operating system and internet browser?

Also it may also help if you tell us which branch site your'e downloading from, maybe even the file name so we can try ourselves?

We have a large lack of information and it's hard to help otherwise :/

Not sure why, but the site and IE9 did not get along very well for me today (I got to stop clicking that IE9 icon out of habit). The only thing not working for me today on Firefox v6.0.2 was the advertisements were showing only rarely today on the site - I was getting a lot of white blocks with "failed to load" errors where the ads were supposed to be.

Tried Artifacts from the Dallas server (it had the most on it) and Artifacts 1.0, the 1.1 upgrade and both conversion files downloaded in just under 18 minutes. The main file (v1.1) hit about 88% and the time jumped from 4 minutes to 8 minutes remaining and the KB/sec rate dropped to 163 from over 200. It did take 2 tries to get v1.0 to start as I got the spinning wheel and then "An Error has occurred" message. Tried it again and it loaded.

The site didn't seem any busier than normal today (for a Saturday), so I'm not sure why it failed, but at least you know the file is OK and can be downloaded.
