I NEED GOOD MODDERS

Can we have a Basic Outline of the Things You Want.

Yes, they aren't the most complicated mods, but here is one:

"Sword fo the Nine Divines" , the name may have already been thought of, but it'll have to do. There is a new topic in the Imperial City, about this mod. Once you hear it, you learn of the new 'Crash Site' location. A massive and strange stone (an obelisk from the shivering isles) has crashed into Tamriel. Once you aproach it, you notice that a mining camp attempting to mine the stone for gold or any other materials is abandoned. So, most adventurers would want to venture in. Once you get in, you find a cave that has 'Strange Beings' inside (the cave is small and the beings are order priests). You venture your way throught with not too much of obstcles, untill you find a 'Strange Door' (an Ayleid Ruin door) and you must kill a nearby guardian of the door to get a key. Once you enter the stone, the entire room looks like something from the order realm. There is a friendly order priest, that is guarding the 'Sword of the Nine Divines'. You can't grab the sword (script prevents you) and when you do, the order priests starts a conversation with you. he says, "I wouldn't touch that if I were you. You aren't the person the gods trust with this sword." your quest journal will be updated and then the priest will say "Unless you can do some tests." with a smirk on his face (which you can't see). You must then travel through a nearby portal where you will enter your first test. You must fight a few monsters that are a higher level than you. Then, when they are dead, you will automatically be teleported to the next test. In this test, you will have to journey through an invisable maze (collision box walls) untill you get to the end. The only obatsacle (kill boxes) will kill you if you get to a dead end. At the start, there will be a map of the whole maze, but a few smudges on it that will make it harder. Once you get to the end there will be a door to the next test. The next test, you will enter a very poorly lit world, where there is a path that twists and turns till you get to the end. Only curtain spots of this maze are lit, and there are many traps along the way that seem to come from nowhere. Once you get to the end, you enter the door and go back to the obelisk room with the sword. Once there, the portal to the first test has disappeared and the priest wishes to speak with you. He says, "Good job, unfortunately there is one more task. You have to kill ME!" and then you engage in combat against a very strong foe (he levels up as you do). When you kill him, you may take the sword. It is very strong and has a good enchantment. -END-

If you have any further questions, or want to learn about anymore of my ideas, pelase E-Mail me HERE.

See? Now that helped A LOT. Well a lot of this seems do able. (i'm not saying i will be taking this up. In the middle of my own project atm. Just giving my opinion.) A nice concept. But bout the name, it really would need something different considering Knights of the Nine sword. A lot of similarity. My suggestion regarding that would be, have it so that the sword was wielded by a long dead warrior. Makes more sense and allows more uniqueness and creativity.

Some of the content may need to be unvoiced such as the rumors. The Sword Guardian could be voiced by some one (your self or an interested friend). If you wish the rumors to be voiced as well, I would say add a new character to the game, with his own unique voice, who has come from the recently abandoned mine. He will tell you about it, give you a key to the mine and the quest begins.

Just some ideas, even though you don't intend to do it yourself, figured i would share my thoughts.

Good idea, I knew the name wasn't really that great. Although the person would have to be order related because of the whole order priest and sword concept. I have managed to do some work, but have deleted it (you may think I am lieing). I could not precisely place all the cave pieces though. And the scripting and world making for the tests were too complicated. The room I made for the sword, the walls you could fall through (they were that strange crystal stuff in the shivering isles that you have to ring a bell to break.

I have to get to work. I will be checking this post once a day. I will not be able to get any part of my mod done today (g2g to bed).

For the name I would suggest something along the lines of "Warsword of the <insert something having to do with the previous owner>". If the previous owner of the sword was evil, perhaps Malevolent. If he was good, perhaps Benevolent. Up to you.

Hmm...that is a REALLY good idea. I like the name warsword. I'll make a lsit below fo possible choices:

'Warsword of Destruction'

'Akulahkan's Warsword'

'Ayleid Warsword'

'Warsword of the Chosen'

I don't know...can you think of any others? I kinda like the warsword idea so include that.

Well, I've been trying to think of the second mod, but it no-doubt has been thought of before. I think Bthesda may have banned ti because I haven't seen ti though... You become Emperor and you can start your own wars and stop conflicts. May take a lot of scripting though. Another one is probably for Morrowind...for the add-on known as Bloodmoon. You are a settler and you notice that there is really NO settlements in Bloodmoon, so you go to the local fort for advice. Your town slowly grows over time and you can upgrade stuff like your castle, houses, and even your guards' uniforms.

STAMPEDE SAYS: Please don't double post. Thanks.
