xjshuax Posted September 13, 2011 Share Posted September 13, 2011 a while back i had a mod that i could craft the stealth suit from FO3. its was awesome because i had to hunt for all the parts and jazz. i cannot remember what mod that exactly was. anyone know? also, is there a mod that debuffs a high level character? i modded my game to have no level cap, and perks every level. i also added the more perks mod. i just wanted to obtain perks id usually not take when leveling. i play the game in very hard and hardcore mode. i have AWOP and IWS installed. im just looking to make the game more difficult.
