Ygfbv
no one will do this for you and there would be tons of issues with getting permission. grab wrye bash and make a bashed patch, merging the mods you can into it.

McclaudEagle
Permission would be required because the person making the patch for you would be re-distributing the mods, and many mod authors require you to ask permission before you re-distribute them. McclaudEagle
Even if the author has left the modding scene, but their mods are still up, you do still need permission unless it says otherwise. I know some authors say that if you don't get a response within a set amount of time, you can use their stuff freely, but many don't. The requirement for asking for permission is still the same even when they leave and the mod is uploaded, because the mod still remains the author's property. Unfortunately, even if you managed to get the permissions needed, I can't help you.

JDFan
Also for someone else to do that for you they would need to have all of the same mods -- doubtful that anyone is going to want to download every mod you have ( esp. if they are not available for download anymore) install them all and merge them for you -- this is something you need to learn to do for yourself if you plan on using that many mods in your game !
