If it's just "See the BioWare default tumble", when you choose "Let's go to bed", then Human sex movies always play, (and there are versions for the other races as well) will do the trick. If you want (arguably) "better" (meaning more explicit) scenes, you'll need the appropriate nude body model mod(s), and then something like: Better sex cutscenes, (available in "Mild", "Medium" and "Zesty".) With the special exception of Morrigan, who's romance triggers work differently than the others, (And why are we not surprised?) these only work in Camp.
