Do ya'll do the elfs quest to find his friend or do you just kill him and take it? Personaly it depends on my mood :innocent:

& in one of my vampire charactwers i also embraced him :D (good old vampire embrace) But i took him along with me to find him and completed it :D

Hes the wood elf by those mating kag.... you know what I mean, but he asks you to find his friend

You can get pick up an amulet of slow falling in the treasue at smugglers caves. As this is random there is no guarantee that you completed Thoronar's (Spelling?) quest.

 

Basically what does it matter how you got it?

I know this is asking for a spoiler here (well, not really. Depends how you looks at it). Is it even possible to find him? I was doing the at the Fields of Kullu (or whatever they're called) and i saw him, and i saw the Kaguti (bad sp, so sue me) and figured he'd been eaten. I also picked up a book that belonged to him (i think i pawned it to someone in Balmora - is it needed?) and walked off, after trying to tell him that his friend had been killed. Now, where is he then instead of inside a horny Kagwhatever?

the first friend you meet near some shack should say help me find my friend who wandered off. When you see the kauguti they should be 1/2 surrounding him and he should be 1/2 surrounded by plants and rocks, you must kill them kauguti and he says thanks he follows you to his friend and they both thankyou

 

but if you mean that the friend is dead, i have no idea how the F@#$ that happened
