When i try to launch FOMM the "which game would you like to manage camos up" I Own both FONV and FO3 it doesnt matter which i choose if it choose FO3 it crashes "FOMM has stopped responding" and the same if i click FONV

I do have the legit steam FO3 and new vegas, the new dot NEt 4.0 and the newest FOMM. And is installed in the steamapps\common\fallout new vegas directory. I have never been able to start FOMM on the windows 7 home premium computer, however my old vista laptop could run it just fine. When i attempt to launch it i get this error

Just a shot in the dark, and might be totally offbase, but ever since I've moved from vista to Win7 I've had problems with the various ini files being set to read only. In particular the main one one in the documents/ my documents/games/mygames/ FalloutNV folder. But also the one in the game folder. I sometimes have FOMM problems when that happens. Was a nightmare getting the inis back to (edit: NOT back to) read only at first (not even sure I remember how I did it) but it's dropped recently to just an occasional annoyance. Maybe that's the problem? Again, just a shot in the dark. Edited by kevkiev
