Modified content in geck doesn't show up ingame

Hello everyone, i need help with this weird problem. I will apreciate it cause ive lost many many many hours in this proyect.

I was doing a huge new worldspace. Ive got some experience cause ive worked in many projecs sice Oblivion.

I made everything ok, the worldspace is finished but when im going to test ingame it just doesnt show any changes.

The weird thing, is it worked fine months ago... i just played a bit when i was starting this.

Even made a test just leaving a static barrel in Doc's house and it wont show up ingame.. this is really weird. Ive never a glitch like this one.
