Knock Out Arrows

Is anyone nice enough to tell me where i can get a good Arrow mod that will knock out an enemy for at least 10 seconds?? Or if you can, can you give me codes for knock out arrows?? Thanks :D

Knock-out Arrows can easilly enough be achieved with a "Damage Fatigue 700" or so enchantment. (On low-level characters, that should amount to about 10 seconds) Particularly if mixed with a script that stops combat, so he won't follow you if you hide before he waits up. This could be done by adding a script-effect enchantment as well, that goes like this.

As a somewhat larger and harder-to-get alternative, consider the Thieves Arsenal mod. Aside from knockout gas arrows you have a blackjack for knockout sneak attacks, grease arrows for slipping, vine arrows that you can use similar to grappling hooks, (Everything is better with grappling hooks) and more.
