i have a lot of mods on my game most of them armor CM partners weapons etc etc.... and walks all that stuff.

i have recently added a few more partners then this dark saint armor, but for some reason i cant get the game to load.... it just crashes....

it does it everytime im trying to load it...

also is there a mod that auto sets my mods in a load order or is that the OBMM? i use that but i have to move stuff around and not all the mods wanna work....

this is rather annoying and wish it would stop..

oh.. and all the eyes on everycharecter except my CM partners, has double eyes they look like something off a horror movie ><

BOSS is one of the preferred tools for setting load order, but even that is not perfect. Use BOSS first, but pay attention to what the readme's tell you with each mod. They will usually let you know of known issues and conflicts that you should watch out for.

Not much info to go on - when & how does it crash? Are there any error messages (besides the useless Microsoft offer to find a fix  ) Do you use OBSE? Do you have the latest patch? Have you checked the requirements of the latest set of mods you installed? I see that you do use OBMM, do you start the game from the OBMM built in launcher? or from the Oblivion launcher? Or from some other launcher?

A load order may help too.

There isnt a error message it just starts to load, the screen blinks like 2 times then it dosent load the game at all.

I do have OBSE and i start the game from there becuase some of my mods call for me to use it...

but this is my load order as it sits now.. and game does this blinking s*** and dosent start.... and when it did, it had f***ed up eyes for everyone in the game.

You say it doesn't start, then in the next statement, when it does start. Either it starts or it doesn't - which is it? :psyduck:

Not starting with the two blips - usually black squares in the upper left of the screen - is typically a sign that you either you are missing a master (esm) for some esp that requires it, or you are trying to start with a mod that requires OBSE when not starting with OBSE installed.

The eye problem is usually caused by too many beauty mods that are trying to control how the eyes look. Some (but not all ) custom races, beautiful people, and any other mods that change eyes.

Did you make the noob mistake of installing a bunch of mods without testing? If not and your game worked at one time then try disabling the mods you installed since the last time it did work. Then adding them back one at a time and testing.

Have you tried using BOSS to set your load order?

Wrye Bash is a must for users who have tons of tons of mods installed. Even if you use OBMM already you can use Wrye Bash just for bashed patch. It helps with compatibility issues and makes the game work a lot better. If you have never installed this before I suggest you install using the installer that is offered at the Nexus. It will require you to install Python and other programs (never had success installing these) but you can just install the standalone version if you prefer.

For the Python install, there is an exe version of that too which puts everything where it needs to be. I usually tell the installer to create a directory in the root of the drive for the install, as putting it in the UAC protected folders may cause issues later on. I have redone my system many times reloading the OS and everything and never had an issue with installing that way. So don't be afraid of using Wrye Bash with the Python scripting abilities :)

yes it blink s with the box in the upper left hand side, blink blinkl... game no start lol....

well obse is installed i went and got the obse_0020 and gonna change the current one i have out with that one.

this will probly suck to do, but i might end up unclicking every mod i have and starting it up one at a time to see what one is bad.... i dont remember what the last mod was, think it was the abariel human ones.... think that was the last one before the eyes went goofy on me also...

if thats the case then thats gonna suck... having to get those cm's all over again and resetting there gear lol....I'd hate to acctually have to go around and reget all my cm partners and start the game all over again.... shivering isles too soooo long ><; lol....

If you use OBMM, there is a function that lists every mod that was in use with each save - by finding the last working save you can see which mods were added after that and remove them to get back to where you were.

Look on the right margin and click on the Utilities box, then the Save manager in the drop down list. Click on any save and you will get a complete list of every mod in use, along with some info on compatibility based on the color of the block

Just unchecking a mod does not remove all of it. It leaves behind things like the Meshes and textures that can cause problems.
