Camera spins when hit

As the name suggest, every time an enemy hits me with a power attack the camera spins! (kind of like giddyness) This only happens in the 3rd person.

I've isolated the mod screeneffects.esm as the culprit. I need it to use fearsome magicka.

Any suggestions?
