I hope somebody knows the Animated Prostitution Mod from Fallout new Vegas or the FNV Sexual Innuendo Mod ( http://www.newvegasnexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=36659 )

Is it possible that somebody make such a mod.

 

And how can I make my own customized Companion like in Fallout New vgeas NCCS ?

I have not purchased the game. Before, I wanted to ask these questions about the modifications so I can decide myself whether I am buying the game or not.
