JDFan
kuuga -- when requesting this type of help the best option would be to upload the Nif and textures to a file sharing site (ie. 4shared.com or similar) and then post a link to it here in the request post along with a description of what you are requesting --- that way anyone that had a little time could just download the file and give it a try for you --- If no link is available they have to post here wait for your response to find a way to get the model etc. and it can wind up taking a day or more to finally get the files and by then they may no longer have the free time to work on it and also knowing this they may just never post in the first place. Plus some people would rather download and look over the files first to be sure they can get what you are requesting done without having to commit to it. David Brasher
It is great to have pictures or links because then modders can look at your idea and get excited about it and take on the project. It also acts as sort of a filter. Some modders would see the pictures and realize it was beyond their skill and move on without wasting your time. Other modders would see how easy it looked for someone of their skill level and whip it out and upload it quickly.

JDFan
OK -- that is fairly easy to change but you'll need to do it on your end by following these steps (since the textures you included are not in the Path that you will be using we can not be sure what folder you will be putting them in and the path in the nif needs to be pointing to where you are placing the texture.) First open the model like you have in the screenshot ---- Now click on the little purple flower icon you see in the line that you have highlighted in the screenshot --- Navigate to the folder you have the NKshenti.dds file placed in and select that .dds --- This will change the texture from the skin to your texture --- (ALMOST DONE BUT 1 More step ) -- Now go to the node 13 NiMaterialProperty (2 lines above the line with the texture path) and double click where it says skin and change it to Material #60 (the skin name makes it use the skin shaders in game and will change the look of the texture to match your characters skin tone which you do not want so need to change it to something else --- hence the Material #60 which is already being used in your nif for the Material Property of the other NiTristrip of the model) The model should now have the chainmail texture replacing the skin as you wanted so save it and you should be good to go (though the chainmail may look a bit large due to the scale of the UVmap of the arms so you may also want to right click on the arm in the Render window and select Texture - EditUV -- then drag a box around the entire uv for the piece (by left clicking and holding down the left mouse button and dragging it around the model in the UV editor) in the UV editor window that opens (it should turn the uvmapping yellow) - right click on the yellow part and select Scale and Translate Selected - click on the 1.0 in the x box and change to 2.0 to double the size of the UVmap (which will make the chainmail links look twice as small on the model (play with the scale until you get it to look the size you want. If you run into problems doing this PM me the Path you will be placing the texture in and I'll make the change for you and reupload it but I think you should be OK with following the above.
