HELP FOMM Trouble!

Ok so im finally converting from FO3 to FNV and I was using the older version of FOMM (the one that doesnt have the option to choose either FO3 or FNV) and it worked just fine however as soon as I attempt to load the newer vesions of FOMM it crashes and this is the dump please help I cant do anything in FNV

 

When It crashes I get a process error about COFF Conversion Utility

Im not sure what to do.

Ok just tried loading fomm in compatability mode for XP SP3 and it appears to work fine.
