Screen Flashing Red with Pain?

Is there a mod that causes the screen to flash red for a brief second when ever you get hurt?

 

Or if not, is there a setting to adjust the screen blur?

I know there's a setting in the .ini for blur but I've never messed with it. Look in My Documents\My Games\Oblivion\Oblivion.ini and scroll down to the header that looks like this:

fBlurAmmount=0.5000

fBlockedTexOffset=0.0010

fHitTexOffset=0.0050

 

You can play around with those and see what they do. It might also be possible to replace the blur shader with a red hit shader but I'm not sure. Good luck.
