CTD while looting any item

First off, I've been running with this mod list and load order since i started a new game and am 40 hours in. I've just taken Veronica back to Hidden Valley so she can start her quest and left the bunker. This is where the problem appears to have begun.

 

If I loot anything, clutter, weapon, armour... I get a CTD... on any save, on any playthrough save (I have 3 playthroughs and I tried on those chars as well as about 20 different save locations etc).

 

I have changed nothing.

Any idea why I now cannot loot anything?
