Some texture are invisible

At first a picture of my mods. Actually its just Fellout, Brighten Up New Vegas, a backpack-mod, mystic faces and beware of girl type 3. Additional I have a german falloutnv.esm to get the english text german - just text no textures.

As you can see in the pictures, half of the novac motel is missing together with the small shacks. And in the prison the stairs of the watchtowers are invisible.

It's just an visible problem, because everything can be used as usual. You can enter the rooms and use the stairs.
