Need help, problem after installing NVSE v2 Beta 9

The new NVSE is working fine, but it seems to have caused a VERY odd error in my game. Now, whenever I start a new game or load an existing one, seconds after it loads my screen fades to black (as if it were a scripted event in-game) and I hear feral ghoul roar sound effects (yes, really), then it fades back in. Seconds later, it repeats, completely preventing play of any kind.

 

It only did this after installing the newest NVSE. If anyone can help I would GREATLY appreciate it. Here's my load order if anyone needs it:

Holy bad load order batman! Firstly FalloutNV.esm should always be at the start. It is capable of running at times but can cause MAJOR issues. I would recommend running boss tbh. That should clean up your load order some what and also give a report of any errors it might find.

Yeah, I forgot to run BOSS on that load order, sorry. I copied it from an old file.

 

But I found out what was causing it: Apparently, it was my quest mod (The Legends of the Mojave.esp) that I'm making. And I'm not sure how, as I have zero scripted events in it yet, it's just one area and a note on a table in Mojave Outpost as of now. Yet it is what it is, I went through one at a time and when that one got turned back on lo and behold, the weirdness happened.

 

Thanks for taking a look. Now I get to figure out why my quest mod causes a cutscene with zombie noises. Yay. XD
