"The Sink CIU" CTDs

Hey, I'm having some problems playing Old World Blues. Please note, that I do not have Capital Wasteland Requiem installed.

When I play OWB, it runs perfectly fine until reaching the CIU. The initial starting dialogue works, but any attempt to use any dialogue branch (inc. Exiting conversation) will result in crashing to the desktop. All these mods work perfectly fine when playing the base game, as well as Dead Money and Honest Hearts, so I believe only Old World Blues is the one having the issue. I would appreciate any help that may be spared to me.

The list is well over the number of mods Gamebryo is built to handle, but your computer might be able to recompensate for that, either way, my recommendation is to try and remove some mods.

 

The last mod also seems suspicious, try removing that.

If that is my Sink vendor fix (http://www.newvegasnexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=43268) it does not touch the Sink CIU dialogue.
