Unstuck player if you can't use movement keys, you can't use y

Unstuck player if you can't use movement keys, you can't use your Pipboy, and you HUD is not showing

 

 

This seems to happen sometime, if you been glitched in a script or after a dialogue

 

The problem is that disableplayercontrols have been activated, so you just type : enableplayercontrols

 

and that should fix it

 

If not use the command to force teleport to a location, like forexample "coc goodsprings" and then "enableplayercontrols"
