Bugged DR

somedays ago I had changed Thoughness perk to original FO3 style which gives 10 DR to player.

 

after hours of play I decided return this perk's function to NV style back,

 

so before change it's setting on CS, I removes that perk and DR ability(which linked to that perk) from characters

 

in game and I checked DR, then it changed "-25", not "0"

 

 

why this happen? I used remove perk and ability console command (player. remove thing)

 

I didn't know this simple command can cause fatal(?) bugs like that.

 

If that's not right way, then how can I remove DR bonus ability from my character?
