Slstoev Posted September 23, 2011 Author Share Posted September 23, 2011 It could be a new unique one which is customisable like the ADAM helmets but in the whole truth I mean every Courier duster to get the bonuses of the other versions for Example: Blackjack(Yes Man) one to have all the bonuses of NCR, Legion and Mr. House ones.
