I dunno if it's from new mods I installed or fooling around with CS

 

to get Aimnhi race voice to work with a new Mystic Elf Character...

You could go into the CS and load the different mods that you think are causing this. Then just go to where you are seeing them and try to find what they are in the CS.

 

I have never seen these there, so it is either a mod you've downloaded, or one of your personal mods.

What you need to do is run archive invalidation- if you use the Oblivion Mod Manager, that has a utility for doing this- if you don't already have it, you should get it.

 

If that still doesn't fix it, then you must have installed the mod wrongly- all the meshes and textures need to be in exactly the right place- look in the mod's readme for installation instructions.

I had this in one of the mods I put in. In my ignorance I went into the Tes Construction Set, highlighted each one and deleted it. The mod continued to work fully functional without these appearing any more. Might be worth a try!

That would only work if those objects weren't anything particularly important, though. If, say, it was the cuirass from an armour mod, deleting it wouldn't really work, would it?

 

Besides, it's usually easy enough to fix, so there isn't really much point.
