firefek Posted September 23, 2011 Share Posted September 23, 2011 (edited) Right, so I was thinking that VATS was supposed to be this moment where you instantly pause to survey your enemies then accurately pump bullets into them real fast. The problem is, I think the slow motion well... slows things down and the effect is kinda lost. So, my idea is for the action phase of VATS to, instead of slowed down, be sped up by... lets say 1.5 times. The desired effect would be that the player is taking out a bunch of enemies at near superhuman speed. Think about those movies that feature SAS badasses and how they can burst into a room and clear it in 2 seconds, something like that. Of course, speeding it up may not do this, but I think it should be a relatively easy task for a modder. I would attempt to blunder through it myself, but my comp crashed and I now have to use a Mac that can't play Fallout. Thanks for reading ps.
