Squeecky
Sari.. December.. Why does that sound familiar to me? Sorry to go off topic. I had the problem I crashed, but not froze.. It involved changing the default files etc.
SariDecember
Haha don't know, AFAIK it's pretty unique. Besides of course, that December is a month and Sari an Indian name/a piece of clothing ;) okay than I misunderstood the problem, good luck for finding a solution! ;)
Squeecky
How odd. Did you make any mods or anything? That may be why - If not, just don't worry. Straaaaange.. Its somewhat a memory of Star Wars Galaxies almost, but yet.. I wouldn't know xP
bben46
FO3 on Win7 x64 - been running it since the game first came out with no problems. I do NOT use any compatibility mode. The only real problem is with Windows UAC if and only if you install to the default program files (x86) folder. And then the game itself will work fine. But UAC sees most mods as a threat and blocks them - without telling you. Best solution - reinstall the game in a folder outside of the UAC protected program files folders. I use C:\Games\Fallout3. ALL of my games ar installed to C:\Games\ with each in it's own folder. I have installed the steam client there also as C:\Games\Steam - and steam automatically recognizes and uses that location to install steam games. First, make sure your computer can play the game - just being able to run Win7 does not magically make it work. Laptops especially like to use incompatible video & audio systems, slow undersized hard drives and not enough RAM.Using the computer you plan to play the game onGo here to see if your computer can run the gamehttp://www.systemrequirementslab.com/cyri/ You will find the various game we support Oblivion listed as 'The Elder Scrolls IV, OblivionFallout3 as Fallout3 PC Dragon Age listed as Dragon age: OriginsDragon Age 2 as Dragon Age IIThe Witcher as The WitcherThe Witcher 2 as The Witcher 2: Assassins of KingsFallout New Vegas as Fallout: New VegasMorrowind is not listed, However if you can run Oblivion at all it should run well on your system. Note: TES V - Skyrim is not listed yet as no one knows what the final requirements will be yet.
