Just disable DarNified and re-enable it again with OBMM.

This happens when you change a setting and it affects the ini file. I've had it happen a few times when I've messed or removed the file.

And how does one disable and re-enable Darnified UI using OBMM? It has no esp or esm files and my knowledge on the OBMM is mediocre.

I know that problem. It's not caused by conflicts or load order.

It's a very common problem: you didn't change those fonts as the readme state (it happens because OMOD sometimes fail). Change those fonts and the problem will be fixed.

And how does one change the fonts? I am currently using the FCOM Superpack. Not Darnified UI standalone.

About DarNified UI, just read the readme. Don't miss the part when it talks about Oblivion.ini and fonts.

About FCOM, I don't know if it makes any difference.
