gretzky99
When I was playing Vanilla FO3, I really enjoyed the perks. A novel idea, compared to Oblivion. And then I discovered a whole bunch of mods that offered a S-load of new perks. My heart was on fire! So I will really be excited to try out the new modded perks for Skyrim. They just add an (almost) unlimitedness to the game.
Jermungand
Perk replacements anyway. I don't think the menu of constellations will be an easy thing to change.
xaliqen
Perks? I hadn't heard they were using the SPECIAL system for TES games now? I don't think they are, are they? Not that I would necessarily be opposed. I do enjoy the XP mods for Oblivion. Edited September 25, 2011 by xaliqen

Perks for the skills, not attributes. Oh, okay. I suppose it would be cool if Bethesda gave you a choice between a couple of perks at different skill levels. Personally, I'm excited to see how they handle the race bonuses this time around (especially the Argonians). Of course, we can always look forward to the mods tweaking these things a bit.

That's exactly what they're doing  (unless I've misunderstood you). Edited September 25, 2011 by Jermungand
xaliqen
Yeah, I read up on it, and I didn't realize they were doing this. It sounds like a great addition! Edited September 25, 2011 by xaliqen
El`derina
I'll enjoy the added perks by mods if they are done 'right'I recall a few modders releasing what they called balanced perks, which was actually either quite overpowered or silly/goofy. I am not so sure all perks need be so rigid....If i remember right, you dont spend your perks immediately... meaning you store your remaining perk points somewhereThis leaves room for artifically added perks right there. Via a seperate menu.Would be nice if someone would make a universal perk menu that everyone relys on. Or some nifty scripting extended work.something to that effect anyhow. And of course, every perk mod could sport it's own seperately accessable perk menu.
