Main Menu text doesn't load, game locks up

This morning, I tried to get nVamp and a bunch of mods to work together and as far Wrye Bash can tell, I have all of my files in the right place.

When I start the game, the music kicks on and it starts to load, but my cursor and the text on the main menu never appears. When I ctrl-alt-del, it shows that the game has stopped responding. I can run the game just fine without mods, and I have a completed save on a heavily modded game. NVamp doesn't seem to like me. I would've posted this on the nVamp forums but it seems dead.

Running:

Win7 Ultimate 32bit

2x3.1ghz Processor

4gb RAM

NVidia GT240 Video Card

Load order: http://pastebin.com/gRinKyQm

Any ideas?

nVamp works fine after some tweaking; I'd rather check if your Credits.txt and CreditsWacky.txt are still in Data folder. Renaming/deleting one of these locks the game as described.

In fact, when Steam has pending FNV update it removes fnvlauncher.exe and one of those text files. While no Fallout patch was released recently, a pending-patch-lock may still occur if you modified any of the retail .esm files - Steam detects this and redownloads the file.
