Windows 7 Ultimate 64.

 

I am using 4gb patch

and all Unoficial Patches and Suplementals (installed before all)

 

I have Oblivion Stuter Remover too.

 

Again, can i use all optimized meshes togheter?

What 4 gig patch are you using? If you are talking about something for Windows 7, it is capable of addressing 64gig of ram without any patches.

 

As for what works together, install order is going to be important, but from what I see I can't see any issues. Just test after installing each mod to be sure things are still working. Also, install official patches first, then unofficial, then utilities like Wrye etc, then mods. I would also do OOO before MMM.
