The modern LIE of the theory of differing Human Races was INVENTED by racist American academics in the 19th century to justify Human Slavery (of Africans) when the teaching of the bible were no longer cutting it in court. Out of this pro-slavery movement came the EUGENIC movements of the USA that continue to have massive power and influence today (Bill Gates is deeply involved in the Eugenic movement). Hitler, of course, adopted current American pseudo scientific teachings of the time, lock stock and barrel, to produce the Nazi theories of 'racial purity'. But they weren't Nazi theories, but theories held to be true by the highest echelons of American society at the time- a FACT many like to forget.

 

This is just wrong on so many levels.... Separating humans of "different races" as being "different species" predates the 19th century and science in general, be it explicitly or implicitly. And even then, the "scientific" notion that the races were different didn't just originate in America, but originated concurrently in Europe and the United States. It was simply an adaptation of already extant and popular beliefs under the guise of "science" to make it seem more fashionable and informed than it was. During the 19th century you even had hair splitting between the "white races", with nationalism driving certain nations to believe themselves "genetically superior" to others.

 

To state that the "scientific racism" movement came from the US to try to justify slavery is not just wrong, its dishonest and perpetuates a gargantuan lie. Likewise, what you've said about eugenics is falsehood. Eugenics didn't evolve from some pro-slavery movement. The basic idea has been around since at least as long as Plato. The Spartans actively practiced it. The first man to advocate eugenics to control birth amongst the "lesser" was American, but William Goodell didn't want to stop black people from reproducing, he wanted to use eugenics to prevent mental illness like insanity. Eugenics wasn't something restricted to race either, as many eugenicists were black (notably W.E.B. DuBoise and Thomas Wyatt Turner) Many early eugenicists were not concerned with crippling other races, but with improving their own races through selective breeding and getting rid of mental illness and genetic (or, rather, hereditary illnesses, given the time) through selective breeding and sterilization.

 

And, as with scientific racism, it evolved concurrently in both Europe and the US. One of the founders of the eugenics movements and one of the most crucial proponets was a British man, Francis Galton. The British Eugenics Education Society was founded in 1907. The American Eugenics Society was founded in 1921. The first International Eugenics Conference took place in London in 1912, the second and third took place in New York City in 1921 and 1932. Etc, etc. From the late 19th century until around WWII Eugenics was rampant and "acceptable", although highly, highly controversial both throughout Europe and the Americas. To pretend that Hitler "introduced" Eugenics to Nazi Germany ignores the fact that eugenics had already existed in Europe for as long as it had in America, and had been practiced to some extent or another, by essentially every European power in that time period including the UK and the German Empire/Germany.

 

Don't push historically inaccurate fantasies as if they were facts, that not only spreads misinformation, but is also insulting to the many of the people who suffered because of it, as well as creating a false image of what actually happened historically.

 

Lastly, don't push bunk conspiracy theory. No, Bill Gates is not a eugenicist. Much less the complete and utter tosh of that last paragraph. There is no conspiracy to make white pride look bad, it looks bad because many of its proponents are idiots who make it look bad and espouse the same kind of stupid things that make people think it looks bad.

If being stupid was a reason to ban people from forums, some forums (not this one, obviously) would be empty. Such as the chap on a shopping site forum who posted his sort code and account number, or the one who posted his name, address, email address, landline number and mobile number.

I've known this since like 10 years ago because I was curious about references in history and I have familial relations who are well versed in historical, cultural analysis for academic purposes (actual, not ideological of any sort either which way)

also, one might want to throw a wrench into the mix, sure eugenics might've initially been "to quell the rising mass of mentally ill" but then we also have the aspect where blacks were considered mentally ill for running away from masters in some circles

so, it's theoretically possible to remove and separate the two and for many people it might've been the case, but in practice there'd be many who didn't separate the two either, which is where the problem arises
it's this funny behaviour that I've noticed is pretty consistent, and not confined to racialism or people living 200 years ago or whatever

it goes something like "I'm not against X, I'm just for Y, also Y says X is bad" or "I'm not against X, I'm just for Y" and the consistently understood general consensus (in that person's ingroup) is that Y is against X

At least reading this made me feel better knowing that I'm not the only person getting a headache after seeing this thread.

 

 

 

Of course, genuine racists step into the issue, and use the current hypocrisy for their own ends- which just makes things even more toxic.

 

Sites like Nexus are caught in a trap of their own making. They KNOW they are holding one side to different rules to the other- and that will cause conflict. Yet they do not care so long as the denigrated group is seen as socially unpopular. BUT if the Nexus allowed 'white power' mods that did NOT contain offensive language, the current mainsteam media would go wild attacking this site.

 

He was a troublemaker purposefully stirring the pot and moderators didn't want to deal with him. End of story.
