[WIP] Gas Masks of the World

Adds the following masks to the game:

 

M40

GP-5

GP-6

M17

PBF

XM40

North 5400 (SWAT Tactical Mask)

 

and a few more if I have time.

 

NOTE: The GP-5 Texture is a work in progress, it looks ordinary for now.

The XM40 looks good, and the GP5 looks good except the plain texture.
