sorry but there is no spell to summon a lost CM Partner. The only way to find them when they get lost is Companion Tracker Requires OBSE by b3w4r3.

 

There are some non CM partners like Vilja, Saerileth, Neekesha, Sonja, or Tess Rysan, who have their own summon spellor items like Julienne, Alba or Dschinni. Sure I have forgotten many.

 

What CM Partners answer mean is, if you have more than one CM Partner, you can talk to the CM Partner, who is with you, and find under instructions the order "summon party". All aktive CM Partner will appear.

 

Sorry if my explanations aren't that good, its because I'm playing the german version, and have given up CM-Partners for this and other reasons.
