Fire ball from the sky what is it?

Ok, I will post my mod list here in a sec but first let me say what is going on. Ok, During storms a fireball falls from the sky and causes a sound and my character is surrounded by a red aurora for a second. Its really annoying and I want to take it out but I dont know what mod is doing this. I think it has something to do with OOO, but I am not sure. It usually only tends to happen during storms. Nothing to do with OOO, should be PJs Lightning Strikes.

Ok, Pjs Lightning strikes didnt seem to do this when I first installed it. I dont know why it would be doing this now. However it does seem like where the lightning hits, the fireball out of the sky hits there too, but again It didnt seem to do this the first time I installed it. Maybe it was the type of esp I installed.

ok, I loaded the lightning at the end of the load order and no more fireballs from space with the lightning.
