rando3
How do you create a perpetual haze/misty landscape across Oblivion? What is the procedure? I know there are mist mods for Oblivion but I can't get them to work [it's place in the load order]. I would rather just change an existing mod instead. David Brasher
You could download the mod Always Foggy and merge it with an existing mod giving Always Foggy a higher merging priority. Alternately, you could open it in the CS and see how it is built and make the same edits to one of your other mods. Basically, that mod edits the Tamriel Border region so that it has priority and so that the weather in it is foggy 90% of the time. Changes like those are what you could add to your own mods. But if you are having load order problems, any mod you make is likely to not work just like the ones you download don't work. Be sure you have removed all your other weather mods. As far as your non-weather mods go, you might have a dirty mod that has an identical-to-master record that sets weather to be just like vanilla Oblivion and ruins your mist mods. You might have a mod which intentionally changes the weather but the readme didn't say that, or you didn't notice that it says that it will change the weather. rando3
I deleted Always Foggy on the grounds that it was useless. It was overwritten by Bashpatch. I have Oblivion vanilla weather only. Sexywalk only works if it is at the bottom of the list [open/save after patch]. That could have voided the Fog mod. I could use Sexywalk to change the weather if I knew what to look for [ie screenshots].
rando3
I found a solution that works... so far. I did have a look at the 'Always Foggy' settings and there was no '*' to indicate any changes to the vanilla. However, I did not include merge it to the Batch which would override it as well as Seywalk. To get Sexywalk to work I open/saved it which put it at the bottom of the Batch list. Always Foggy was open/saved independantly and is not part of the Batch, it is a the bottom of the order. Half of the Waterfront disappeared but fast travel fixed it. Now I have a very erotic looking chick swinging her volumptous hips through mist covered land.
