A Better Looking Spear

I am no modder so I thought to propose this project in the hopes that it might pique someones interest.

 

Spears as a weapon are entirely forgettable in the game, and you will only remember they exist when a legionnaire throws one at you to normally pathetic effect. For the player, however, there exists the possibility of fun throwing them because of the pegging system where you can pin enemies. It's also a whole lot of dam fun to go medieval on your foes with a medieval arsenal. Its a prospect made feasible by a few mods that allow you to retrieve a spear you cast from the corpse of a slain enemy, as well as the signature weapon mod which will allow you to optimize said throwing weapons to unbelievavbly lethal levels.

 

That aside, the current spears in the game are, well, not much to look at. The standard issue is this one below:

As you can see, said spears don't look in the slightest bit capable of flying straight through the air. They also look rather unusual and while fearsome I would prefer my spear to be a tad more elegant. Unfortunately my alternative choice is featured below:

If the first one seemed non-aerodynamic then this model would require a miracle or heavenly intervention to carry it anywhere near the foeman in an actual scenario. So, what am I proposing? A straight spear,clean to look upon and evoking a certain level of civility. I have already spotted a target model on Caeser's Throne:

Can you imagine hurling one of those puppies through the air? Man, I want to assassinate the NCR president with a spear and I woud love to do it with something like that.
